While we’re not completely ruling out the possibility, keep in mind the need to get any proper permits before starting work. Also, know any rules about building that are imposed by your mobile home park, if you’re in one. Reach out to some local contractors and ask if any of them have attempted a similar project.

If you don’t have a designated guest house, use your loft as an area for overnight guests to stay. Set out a little basket of toiletries your guests might now have. We all forget sometimes. Next, add a few snack bars and water bottles. Plus, you should bring up a small fan so that your guests can enjoy some airflow if the loft is stuffy.
