Are you looking for a new mobile home?

It is easy to get overwhelmed by the sea of options out there. You need to navigate between information on the size, name, and manufacturer. Throughout this, you should keep in mind what you want in your ideal home.

SINGLE-WIDES

Single-wide's are usually the smallest units out there. They are the epitome of tiny homes. So if you are looking for a small house, these are the ones to keep your eye on. They range from 600 square feet up to 1,330 square feet, and the width is 18 feet or less, and the length is 90 feet or less.

But most importantly they are constructed out of one piece. These models are typically the cheapest and require the least effort.

One great thing about this company is that they provide financial services as well to help you secure your dream home.

PRESIDIO 5814

The Presidio is generous with its size for a single section unit. It tops the category at 1365 square foot. Besides this, the model is 18 feet wide and 76 feet long. This gives you much more space to work with than most single-wide's.

Oak Creek Homes designed the house with three bedroom and two bathrooms. They also include a walk-in closet and a small utility room.
